TechLink Dashboard: Empowering IT Recruiters with Smarter, More Efficient Hiring Tools
I designed the TechLink web-based recruitment dashboard to help IT recruiters manage, track, and streamline the hiring process. Juggling large volumes of applications, referrals, and interviews can be overwhelming, so I focused on creating an intuitive dashboard with live updates, performance metrics, and a candidate tracker. The dashboard also features an AI-powered feedback tool, allowing recruiters to quickly generate and send personalized feedback — saving time and improving the candidate experience.
