Modernizing USDA.gov: Designing for Accessibility, Engagement & Support
I redesigned the USDA.gov website to enhance its visual appeal, improve device responsiveness, and streamline user navigation. The previous design lacked a cohesive user experience, making it difficult for visitors to find the resources they needed. In addition to refining the interface, I introduced an AI-powered chatbot to provide real-time navigation support, empowering users to quickly access relevant information and services.
